Perform routine and non-routine analysis under the supervision of the Analytical Services Team leader.&nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Analyze materials using standard wet chemical techniques that include, but not</p><p>limited to, titrations (colorimetric/potentiometric end points), gravimetric methods,</p><p>specific gravity, and water content by Karl Fisher or Xylol method.</p><p>2. Produce and maintain analysis records, laboratory reports and C of A&#39;s</p><p>3. Provide analytical data to production and make basic recommendations on batch</p><p>corrections when required.</p><p>4. Maintain sample retains of raw materials and finished goods.</p><p>5. Practice good laboratory practices (GLP) in all laboratory operations.</p><p>6. Comply with the Chemical Hygiene Plan and Environmental policies when handling</p><p>and disposing of chemicals.</p><p>7. Perform additional duties as requested by those authorized to request such activities.</p><p>8. Assure that all Lab areas are kept well stocked, clean and orderly.</p><p>Assist in developing new product stability studies, testing plans and result archival.</p><p><strong>Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><p>1. The Technician I will have a High School Diploma (or GED) or higher degree in a</p><p>science with 0-1 years of laboratory experience.</p><p>2. The technician should have a basic knowledge of software for word processing &amp;</p><p>spreadsheets and be able to learn the use of company-specific software.</p><p>3. The technician should be proficient in English (both written and oral form).</p><p>4. The technician should have basic math skills</p><p>5. The technician should be willing to learn basic laboratory techniques.</p><p>6. The technician should be able to communicate well with colleagues and be able to</p><p>work well with other members of the Analytical Services lab team</p><p><strong>Working Conditions and Physical Demands:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>1. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.</p><p>2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>3.
