You'll own the operating system around how we make and execute product decisions: the specs, prioritization frameworks, KPI dashboards, release cadences, and cross-functional rituals that keep a fast-moving team aligned as we scale. font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Partner with the VP of Product to translate product strategy into prioritized, well-scoped roadmaps and execution plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Make prioritization decisions and clearly communicate tradeoffs to engineering leads and executive stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct customer interviews, GSOC ride-alongs, and SQL-based data analysis to deeply understand operator workflows and pain points</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29);
