Description

Hospice Crisis Care LPN - Making every moment matter This is a FT day shift position 8am-8pm and will require DRIVING to patients within the Dayton/Springfield area This position will provide 1:1 with the patient at the bedside for patients that are actively declining As a Hospice Crisis Care LPN you will provide care for patients in families in homes/facilities, under the direction and supervision of an RN. Qualifications for the Hospice Crisis Care LPN: Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions. One year of nursing experience preferred. CPR Certified. Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care. Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather. Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record. State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
