          "text": "<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Microbiology Analyst - Level 1 to join our team in Mississauga, Canada. In this position, you will play a crucial role in conducting microbiological analyses and supporting our laboratory operations.</p><ul><li>Perform various microbiological tests and analyses on samples using standard laboratory techniques</li><li>Prepare culture media, reagents, and other materials required for microbiological testing</li><li>Perform microbiological tests for finished products and raw materials not limited to MLT, Bioburden, Endotoxin testing, Antibiotic Potency Assay, AET, Sterility Testing and Disinfectant Studies.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities and test results</li><li>Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality</li><li>Assist in the development and optimization of microbiological testing methods</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards</li><li>Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized laboratory environment</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines</li><li>Participate in data analysis and interpretation of test results</li><li>Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external use</li></ul>",
