    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span><strong><u>SUMMARY</u></strong></span></p>\n<p><span>The Site Superintendent is responsible for on-site construction supervision, ensuring safe, timely and quality delivery of work activities in alignment with Vertiv standards, project specifications and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Provide daily on-site supervision of all construction activities and subcontractor operations</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, Risk Assessment Method Statement RAMS and project specifications</span></li>\n <li><span>Conduct daily site briefings and coordinate work sequencing with trades</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor site productivity, safety compliance and quality workmanship</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate with Site H&amp;S Coordinator to enforce safety protocols and close out observations</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain on-site records including permits to work, inspections, deliveries and progress logs</span></li>\n <li><span>Identify and escalate risks, delays or deviations impacting cost, quality or schedule</span></li>\n <li><span>Support the Site and Program Manager in managing site interfaces, logistics and client interactions</span></li>\n <li><span>Verify installed works for compliance and support punch-list creation and close-out</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate change-related impacts with Project Controls and Estimating/QS teams</span></li>\n <li><span>Resolve and maintain punch/snag lists</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>INTERACTIONS</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Site H&amp;S Coordinator and HSE teams</span></li>\n <li><span>Construction Manager and Project Manager</span></li>\n <li><span>Subcontractors and suppliers</span></li>\n <li><span>Quality, Commissioning, Logistics and Engineering teams</span></li>\n <li><span>Client site representatives</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong><u>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>100% site based with variable working hours</span></li>\n <li><span>Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain site access permits</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong><u>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>5+ years on-site supervision experience in construction or industrial projects</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong working knowledge of construction methods, drawings and safety regulations</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong><u>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Trade qualification or degree in Construction/Engineering preferred</span></li>\n <li><span>Competency in MS Office and construction reporting tools</span></li>\n <li><span>Certification in safety or site management desirable</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong><u>ACCOUNTABILITIES</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Quality and compliance of on‑site construction activities</span></li>\n <li><span>Adherence to project schedule and safe working practices</span></li>\n <li><span>Accuracy of site documentation and reporting</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong><u>WORKING CONDITIONS</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Site based with exposure to active construction environment;
