    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p>.</p><div data-pasted=\"true\"><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring product inventory on a daily basis including shipping and receiving of customer products consistent with Company objectives</p><p><br></p><p>Inventory Control Specialist &nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>&middot; Perform daily location and SKU audits of inventory and make adjustments as required.</p><p>&middot; Investigate discrepancies and help to determine root cause.</p><p>&middot; Ensure and comply with all procedures established to ensure product is being properly controlled</p><p>&middot; Communicate all problems and concerns regarding shipment scanning to management</p><p>&middot; Identify damaged items staged in outbound bays</p><p>&middot; Perform various operational checks to monitor adherence to company procedures</p><p>&middot; Inspect the storage of products for quality assurance</p><p>&middot; Accurately document results of inventory audits upon completion</p><p>&middot; Candidate will need to communicate with management and associates on a daily basis</p><p>&middot; Identify count of inventory in assigned areas</p><p>&middot; Maintain log of quality control</p><p>&middot; Other duties as assigned</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>None</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:</strong></p><p>&middot; PC Proficient - Excel, Word, Access and Microsoft Outlook are used</p><p>&middot; Detail oriented</p><p>&middot; Must have excellent mathematical skills</p><p>&middot; Ability to prioritize workload</p><p>&middot; Ability to work with a diverse group of people</p><p>&middot; Good communication skills</p><p>&middot; Ability to meet strict deadlines</p><p>&middot; Maintain good housekeeping in work area</p><p>&middot; Maintain a safe work environment</p><p>&middot; Constant bending, stooping, lifting, walking and standing</p><p>&middot; Must be able to lift 30 - 75 lbs</p><p>&middot; Ability to work in a fast paced environment</p><p>&middot; Ability to work in different locations as assigned</p><p>&middot; Ability to be trained on forklifts, if required</p><p>&middot; Other duties as assigned</p><p><br></p><p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p>High school graduate, some college preferred but not required. One to two years experience working in a warehouse environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:</strong></p><p>&middot; Possess or have ability to become forklift certified</p><p>&middot; Valid Driver&rsquo;s License or equivalent</p><p><br></p><p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS:</strong></p><p>Ability to read and interpret documents, including protocols, standard operating procedures, customer orders, and pick tickets.
