The Opportunity
This is not a traditional “support-style” Customer Success role. As a Customer Success Manager in Heimdal, you will own a portfolio of customers end-to-end - from onboarding and adoption to retention and expansion. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and commercial driver, ensuring customers achieve measurable value while identifying growth opportunities.
You’ll work closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to reduce churn, increase ARR, and drive expansion revenue. If you’re looking for a role where you can combine relationship management, strategy, and commercial impact, this is it.
You will report into Anders, Manager of Customer Success, EMEA & Americas and work out of our Copenhagen office (hybrid).
What You’ll Own 🎯
Full ownership of a portfolio of public sector and enterprise customers
Driving adoption, engagement, and long-term success across your accounts
Building strong relationships with stakeholders - from IT teams to C-level executives
Identifying and executing on upsell and expansion opportunities
Leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning
Monitoring account health, mitigating churn risk, and improving retention
Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver customer value
Delivering accurate forecasting and quota attainment
What You Bring 🧠
2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar (SaaS/IT/cybersecurity preferred)
A commercial mindset - comfortable owning revenue targets and driving growth
Experience working with enterprise customers (public sector is a strong plus)
Strong communication skills - able to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
Data-driven approach with understanding of ARR, forecasting, and KPIs
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, or IT solutions (nice to have)
Experience with MEDDPICC (a plus)
Fluency in English and Danish is a requirement for this role.
