This is a proactive outbound role focused on re-engaging German-speaking players who have become inactive or experienced failed deposit attempts.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will speak directly with players by phone, rebuild interest in the brand, present relevant offers clearly, and encourage players to return in a professional, personalised, and compliant way.
