Specialists must maintain regular attendance and demonstrate exceptional phone skills. Successful candidates will be flexible, possess good organizational skills, and maintain outstanding attention to detail. Consumer Service Specialists must also demonstrate good time management skills, be self-motivated and possess good interpersonal skills.</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Specific duties include:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Handle inbound phone inquiries and web appointment requests from customers.</li><li>Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.</li><li>Maintain a high level of world-class customer service/professionalism to all customers.</li><li>Recommend additional products that best suit the customer.</li><li>Accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Candidate requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">High School Diploma or Equivalent required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Previous customer service experience required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Call center experience highly preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Proficient computer ability.</li></ul><p>In Addition to a competitive hourly rate of pay, representatives may qualify for department bonus incentives.</p><p><strong>Reports to: BDC Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Education and/or Experience&nbsp;</strong></p><p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and possess the ability to navigate through multiple windows and multiple software systems. Knowledge of Google Documents is beneficial. Must be able to work well with customers and work well under pressure. Must possess strong organizational and time management skills. Must also possess the ability to multi-task. Will be trained on dealership computer systems.</p><p><strong>Reasoning Ability</strong></p><p>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. &nbsp;The individual must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
