This role will assist with RFQs, Tenders, BIDS and market updates, along with coaching international operations on all air offerings as needed. \n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul> \n <li>Acts as a liaison with the internal customer in solving problems related to ocean / air shipments and service</li> \n <li>Provide clear communication link between AIT , IC and ocean / air carriers and foreign offices</li> \n <li>Prepare and put all quotes into Cargo Wise</li> \n <li>Work in conjunction with the air and ocean product lead to provide most competitive solution design for the client</li> \n <li>Work with airlines and steamship lines to negotiate and get spot rates and or establish contract rates for specific orgin and destination pairs</li> \n <li>Design and rollout effective air trade lane programs for overseas agents / offices as well as building relationships with our internal offices and sales departments</li> \n <li>Provide regular performance reports to management team</li> \n <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li> \n <li>Complies with all policies and standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<b>Education</b>• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree (Required) \n<b>Experience</b>• 5+ years Experience in Pricing Analytics (Required) \n<b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</b> • Computer Skills (basic, knowledgeable, advanced): Needs to be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint High\n<h2>What AIT Can Offer You</h2>\n<p>In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
