Suitable for individuals with skills in carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control, and general laborer.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for growth within the Water Restoration department.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As our Water Restoration Project Lead, your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote our commercial and residential services to insurance agents for properties that have been damaged by water </li>\n <li>Front line and first responder for our company</li>\n <li>Inspect site and present solutions to the customer </li>\n <li>Use Xactimate software to create proposal</li>\n <li>Be the point of contact for the customer and insurance agent throughout the project</li>\n <li>Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customer’s satisfaction</li>\n <li>Hire a team of sales representatives and service technicians</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Sales management experience preferably in the restoration or service industry</li>\n <li>Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers</li>\n <li>Able to work in a fast paced environment </li>\n <li>Fluent using Xactimate software</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>At Roto-Rooter we believe our greatest investment is in our employees.
