This role involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, implementing inventory control measures, and working cross-functionally to meet business objectives while minimizing costs.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.</li><li>Monitor and analyze inventory trends, demand forecasts, and stock movements to ensure accurate inventory planning.</li><li>Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to align inventory levels with operational needs.</li><li>Establish and maintain inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and audits, to ensure data accuracy.</li><li>Manage supplier relationships to improve lead times, reduce stockouts, and ensure timely replenishment.</li><li>Utilize inventory management software and ERP systems to enter transactions, track, and report key inventory metrics.</li><li>Work with sales and production teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory strategies accordingly.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory and supply chain management.</li><li>Understand and adhere to all Acrow&rsquo;s policies and applicable laws</li><li>Travel to other Acrow Locations or Customer Sites as necessary</li><li>Perform other duties as required&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Knowledge:&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience in inventory management or supply chain</li><li>Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.</li><li>Knowledge of lean inventory principles and best practices.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Education and Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field and 4-6 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, skills and experience&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills and Knowledge:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.</li><li>Experience in demand forecasting and supply chain analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting software.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work is typically performed in an office warehouse environment which requires proper safety precautions. &nbsp;Work requires some physical effort in the handling of materials, boxes, or equipment. &nbsp;</li></ul><p>The above job description is not intended to be, nor should it be construed as exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.&nbsp;</p><p>Requests for reasonable accommodation will be considered to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. &nbsp;</p><p>Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/Vets/Disabled&nbsp;</p></div>\n",
