    "description": "<p>Full job description</p>\n<p>CP Rankin is a well-established roofing contractor with a history of long-lasting customer relations and outstanding customer service. Our repair and replacement projects include industrial / commercial single-ply membrane, EPDM, built up roofing, modified bitumen, roof related metals and standing seam/metal panel roofing systems.</p>\n<p>We are currently seeking a commercial roofing technician, Assistants ande Helpers, who is eager to be part of our team, learn and potentially grow within the organization.</p>\n<p>General Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting general inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements</li>\n<li>Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues</li>\n<li>Make emergency repairs when and as needed to satisfy customer needs</li>\n<li>Provide a complete scope of work to be performed for additional repairs needed.</li>\n<li>Install service &amp; perform approved repairs as requested.</li>\n<li>Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, and inter-office personnel, etc.</li>\n<li>Must be adaptable to constantly changing environments and work places</li>\n<li>Complete required daily paperwork, such as on-line service documents, timesheets, etc.</li>\n<li>Some Travel</li>\n<li>There may be additional duties and responsibilities required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced on commercial roof systems as described above</li>\n<li>Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairs</li>\n<li>Maintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance</li>\n<li>Good computer skills helpful</li>\n<li>Excellent communicator, both oral and written</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Ideal candidate would have single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up, roof related sheet metal and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems experience.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold and maintain a valid driver’s License</li>\n<li>Pass Drug Screen and Background Checks</li>\n<li>Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus</li>\n<li>Must have personal tools for the trade</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits Include: Full-Time employment, Competitive Pay, Company computer, Company phone, Company truck for lead Techs</p>\n<p>Required experience:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial/Residential Roofing Experience :Helpful</li>\n</ul>",
