    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br/>• Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation test scripts using <strong>WebdriverIO with TypeScript</strong>.<br/>• Automate test cases for <strong>iOS and Android</strong> applications.<br/>• Integrate automated scripts with <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).<br/>• Ensure <strong>cross-device, cross-platform</strong> compatibility testing.<br/>• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and manual testers to ensure high product quality.<br/>• Debug, analyze test failures, and raise defects with detailed logs/screenshots.<br/>• Maintain test documentation and contribute to <strong>test strategy &amp; process improvements</strong>.<br/><br/><strong>Required Skills</strong><br/>• Strong hands-on experience in <strong>WebdriverIO</strong> with <strong>TypeScript/JavaScript</strong>.<br/>• Experience in <strong>Appium</strong> for mobile test automation.<br/>• Good knowledge of <strong>Page Object Model (POM)</strong> and test design patterns.<br/>• Proficient in using <strong>npm, Node.js</strong>, and related build tools.<br/>• Experience with <strong>reporting tools</strong> like Allure, Mochawesome, etc.<br/>• Familiarity with <strong>BDD frameworks (Cucumber)</strong> is a plus.<br/>• Strong understanding of <strong>mobile debugging tools</strong> (ADB, Xcode, Android Studio).</p>",
