This role provides direct field leadership for night shift operations, ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, federal regulations, and site requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Field Construction Manager coordinates subcontractors, craft personnel, and project teams to maintain productivity and ensure alignment with project schedules and operational objectives. This role plays a critical part in maintaining continuous project progress across multiple shifts while reinforcing Quanta Government Solutions’ commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and disciplined field execution in a highly regulated federal work environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Success in this role requires strong leadership, construction management experience, and the ability to effectively manage teams and operations during night shift construction activities.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and supervise night shift construction activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and approved work plans.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and manage subcontractors, craft labor, inspectors, and vendors working during overnight operations.</li>\n <li>Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by conducting shift safety briefings, job hazard analyses, and field safety inspections.</li>\n <li>Monitor overnight construction progress and maintain shift-level reporting on productivity, schedule impacts, and operational issues.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements, site-specific safety procedures, and regulatory standards applicable to work at Savannah River Site.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate shift documentation including daily construction reports, RFIs, inspection logs, permits, and subcontractor coordination records.</li>\n <li>Identify and escalate field issues, safety concerns, and operational constraints to project leadership to ensure timely resolution.</li>\n <li>Coordinate closely with day shift leadership to maintain continuity of work, schedule alignment, and operational handoff between shifts.</li>\n <li>Support quality control activities to ensure construction work meets engineering specifications, regulatory standards, and project requirements.</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support construction operations and project delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education and Experience </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 8+ years of construction management, field supervision, or construction leadership experience supporting industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and field crews in active construction environments.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, OSHA regulations, and field safety practices.</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating construction schedules and managing field execution during shift operations.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain detailed project documentation and communicate effectively with project leadership.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage teams during overnight construction operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting <strong>federal construction projects or government facilities</strong>, particularly projects supporting federal agencies or national laboratory environments.</li>\n <li>Experience working in <strong>highly regulated environments such as nuclear, energy, or government infrastructure programs</strong>.</li>\n <li>Prior experience working on projects at <strong>Savannah River Site or other Department of Energy facilities</strong>.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent field experience).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Licenses/Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Licenses/Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification</li>\n <li>Project Management Professional (PMP)</li>\n <li>Certified Construction Manager (CCM)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p>Provides field leadership and oversight for subcontractors, craft personnel, and field staff supporting overnight construction activities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<p>Travels: Yes</p>\n<p>Percent of time: 30%</p>\n<p>Overnight required: Yes  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS: </strong></p>\n<p>If one-third of the time – “seldom” or “occasionally” If one-third to two-thirds of the time or more occasionally to frequently” If more than two-thirds of the time – “constantly”]</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stationary Position -
