The PMT II helps establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs, participates in new equipment installations, and assists manufacturing by evaluating needs, researching tools and equipment, and developing fixtures and shop aids.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Provide maintenance support for all process equipment, including repair of down equipment and coordination of maintenance projects</li><li>Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment, machine, and process-related issues</li><li>Perform maintenance, fabrication, adjustments, and repairs on machinery and equipment</li><li>Maintain spare parts inventory, order tools and parts, and ensure accurate maintenance records</li><li>Improve and execute preventive maintenance plans, including operator-level procedures</li><li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities</li><li>Install, set up, evaluate, and recommend improvements for new and existing equipment</li><li>Modify equipment to optimize performance</li><li>Coordinate fabrication of fixtures and shop aids</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements</li><li>Strong understanding of pneumatic /electrical drills, grinders, routers, and motors.</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, general maintenance processes and methods, power tools, welders and machine shop equipment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills including equipment breakdown, performing repairs and installation.</li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Previous welding experience required, certification preferred</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in;
