Apply Today!</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $55 - $60 per hour - ability to earn $125k to $135k+ annually</p>\n<p>We pay a competitive salary based on experience as well as the potential for bonuses, commissions, and advancement in the company. Overtime is paid at time and a half for over 8 hours worked in a day.</p>\n<p><strong>In exchange for your commitment, we provide:</strong></p>\n\n<li>High Quality Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li>\n<li>Health Spending Account with a company contribution</li>\n<li>401(k) plan with employer match</li>\n<li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>Paid holidays</li>\n<li>Company vehicle, gas card, company cell phone, and tablet</li>\n<li>Company uniforms</li>\n<li>Tool and boot allowance</li>\n<li>Parental leave</li>\n\n<p><strong>Core Technical Skills</strong></p>\n\n<li>Refrigeration System Diagnostics &amp; Repair – Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems such as walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, and display cases.</li>\n<li>Electrical Troubleshooting – Reading wiring diagrams, testing circuits, diagnosing motors, relays, contactors, and control boards.</li>\n<li>Refrigerant Handling – Safe handling, charging, recovery, and leak detection of refrigerants (EPA certified).</li>\n<li>HVACR System Knowledge – Understanding of compressors, evaporators, condensers, expansion valves, and defrost systems.</li>\n<li>Preventive Maintenance – Performing scheduled maintenance such as coil cleaning, belt inspection, pressure checks, and system performance verification.</li>\n<li>Control Systems Knowledge – Experience with electronic controllers, thermostats, sensors, and defrost timers.</li>\n<li>Pressure &amp; Temperature Analysis – Ability to interpret superheat, subcooling, and pressure readings to diagnose issues.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Certifications &amp; Licensing</strong></p>\n\n<li>EPA Section 608 Certification (required in the U.S.).</li>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.</li>\n<li>HVAC/R Technical Certification or Trade School Training (preferred or required by many employers).</li>\n<li>Equipment Experience</li>\n<li>Servicing walk-in coolers and freezers.</li>\n<li>Repairing commercial ice machines.</li>\n<li>Working on supermarket rack systems (preferred for higher-level technicians).</li>\n<li>Experience with remote condensing units and refrigeration racks.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Tools &amp; Technical Competencies</strong></p>\n\n<li>Use of manifold gauges, multimeters, clamp meters, vacuum pumps, and recovery machines.</li>\n<li>Ability to braze and solder refrigeration lines.</li>\n<li>Reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p>\n\n<li>Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.</li>\n<li>Customer service skills for interacting with restaurant/store managers.</li>\n<li>Time management and ability to work independently in the field.</li>\n<li>Clear communication and service documentation.</li>\n<li>Physical &amp; Work Environment Requirements</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined or cold spaces.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops.</li>\n<li>Ability to work on-call, evenings, or weekends for emergency service.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n\n<li>5+ years of commercial refrigeration or HVACR service experience (typical requirement).</li>\n<li>Experience working with restaurants, supermarkets, or food service equipment.</li>\n\n<p>Come join one of the fastest growing companies in New England.
