          "text": "<p>We’re currently seeking an experienced&#xa0;<strong>High Pressure Water/ Vacuum Supervisor&#xa0;</strong>in Sudbury, ON<strong>.&#xa0;</strong>This position will lead frontline operations, ensure strict safety compliance, and deliver results under demanding conditions.</p><p>If you are someone who is excited by new challenges, self – motivated and accountable, with an understanding of our equipment; apply now!</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>$30- $38 per hour</strong></li><li><strong>Eligible for Overtime</strong></li><li><strong>Shift work will be required,&#xa0;</strong>8-13 hour rotating shifts<strong>, days and nights</strong> will be required</li><li>Be a part of a true&#xa0;<strong>team</strong>. Our work is difficult but we get it done safely, with great people skill development and&#xa0;<strong>opportunity for growth</strong></li><li><strong>Variety</strong>: changing work scopes from one day to the next – there is always a new challenge</li></ul><p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, while staying updated on local, provincial, and federal regulations</li><li>Oversee field operations and projects, ensuring efficiency, reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for Sudbury Industrial Cleaning support services</li><li>Coordinate manpower and equipment, optimizing resource allocation</li><li>Provide leadership and strategic direction to align and hold employees accountable for growth and development</li><li>Build and maintain customer relationships while proactively addressing and resolve concerns</li><li>Provide regular updates to direct reports and be on call 24/7 for emergencies</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Role Specifications</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years’ in a leadership role is required</li><li>10+ years’ experience in industrial services/maintenance in the mining industry</li><li>3-5 years operating a high pressure pumps and tooling is required</li><li>Valid Class G driver's license is required, Class&#xa0;AZ&#xa0;or DZ driver’s license is preferred</li><li>Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test</li><li>BSO or Common Safety Orientation certification required</li><li>Having First Aid, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance, Fall Protection and Confined Space certification would be a significant asset</li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Strong organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail</li><li>You are safety focused when it comes to people and equipment</li><li>Enjoy working outdoors even in harsh weather conditions</li><li>You have a natural ability to lead crews where you can share a laugh, do the challenging work and get the job done safely</li></ul>",
