You are expected to master complex lease, fixed asset, and general corporate accounting workstreams while maintaining a relentless bias for action. We want a builder who works tirelessly to elevate the accounting function and ensures our financial reporting is bulletproof. This role reports to the Senior Accounting Manager.<br><br><em><strong>What impact you'll make:</strong></em><p><strong>1. General Ledger & High-Velocity Close </strong></p><ul><li><p>Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Perform detailed variance analysis and provide financial insights to management </p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Lease Accounting </strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage lease accounting in compliance with ASC 842 </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain lease schedules, including right-of-use (ROU) assets and lease liabilities </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prepare monthly lease amortization entries and reconciliations </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Review new contracts to determine lease classification and accounting treatment </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinate with operations and legal teams to ensure accurate lease data </p></li></ul><p><strong>3.
