    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">We are looking for CNC Mill Machinists to join our 1st shift in Tualatin, OR.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">CNC Mill Machinist Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Applies commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures on a Vertical or Horizontal Mill</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Reviews work orders, drawings, engineering plans, materials, specifications, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters to run parts according to customer blueprints and instructions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Determines dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations, and set-up requirements per drawings, specifications or sample part</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Ability to read and interpret CNC programs to maintain close tolerances (within +/- .0001)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Performs various machine set up for other operators on production and prototype parts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Under general supervision, sets-up and operates CNC Mill machinery and makes offsets to programs on machines as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Monitors parts and ensures machines are operating properly</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Experience in a precision machine shop environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Experience on CNC Mill equipment performing set-up and program prove-outs </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&amp;T)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">At least 6 months of experience in machine tool operation or 6 months machining training, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Training in basic shop and measurement math, including linear measurement, metrics, algebra and geometry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Familiarity with ISO documentation and processes is a big plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Competitive pay based on experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Eligible for Overtime </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> Life and Disability: Life and Accidental Death &amp; Dismemberment, Long Term Disability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"> 401K Retirement Plan (3% company match)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About us:</span></span><br>A Silicon Valley leader in manufacturing and assemblies, Calmax Technology, Inc. manufactures precision machined parts and provides turnkey assembly to Fortune 500 customers across technology, automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical industries.
