St. Vincent's One Nineteen</li>\n <li><strong>Benefits for eligible positions only include:</strong> generous paid time off, paid parental leave, Associate Assistance Program, Tuition Reimbursement Program, and more </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<p>Act as a liaison between guests, staff and patients to respond to patient and guest information inquiries.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Receive, screen, route and/or respond to all incoming inquiries for information, directions or concerns.</li>\n <li>Receive guest suggestions and complaints and escalate through proper channels.</li>\n <li>Provide patient information in compliance with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and organizational privacy policies.</li>\n <li>Identify and report issues of safety and maintenance.</li>\n <li>Assist in improving patient satisfaction while keeping volunteer office management informed of potential problems. Anticipate family's needs and resolve issues before they become major source of concern.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Need</h2>\n<p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• BLS Provider.
