Why Freedom? Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas, and we&rsquo;re looking to add Quality Control Clerks to our team on 2nd shift.</p><p>Our Quality Control Clerks are responsible for helping to ensure that all printed materials being produced by Freedom meet our high-quality standards. &nbsp;They do this by visually inspecting samples to verify that print placement and color are correct, as well as confirming that materials are being inserted into envelopes according to the job instructions.</p><p>In this role you will:</p><ul><li>Conduct quality control pulls on a continuous basis</li><li>Become familiar with the specifications for each job and compare pulls to the master sample</li><li>Notify the Press or Machine Operator of any quality concerns</li><li>Communicate with Supervisors, Shift Leads and Mechanics about any errors you discover</li></ul><p>Education or Experience:</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Previous experience in direct mail is helpful but not required</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to read and understand job instructions</li><li>Good color vision</li><li>Ability to read a ruler down to units as small as 1/32 of an inch</li><li>Good problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to recognize patterns and match details</li></ul><p>This full-time position includes the following benefits:</p><ul><li>Perfect Attendance Bonus</li><li>Medical coverage</li><li>Dental and Vision coverage</li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li><li>401k saving plan with company match, subject to plan terms</li><li>Paid Vacation</li><li>Paid Holidays</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
