      "content": "<li><b>Project Management &amp; Execution</b></li><li>Manage multiple commercial grading and paving projects simultaneously.</li><li>Oversee project lifecycle including estimating support, planning, scheduling, execution, and project closeout.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure milestones are met.</li><li>Monitor project costs, track budgets, and manage change orders.</li><li>Conduct site visits to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance with specifications.</li><li><b>Pre-Construction &amp; Planning</b></li><li>Review plans, specifications, contracts, and geotechnical reports.</li><li>Coordinate with estimators during bid handoff and preconstruction meetings.</li><li>Identify project risks, site constraints, and constructability concerns.</li><li>Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors.</li><li><b>Team &amp; Subcontractor Coordination</b></li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate field crews, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.</li><li>Resolve project issues and maintain strong client relationships.</li><li><b>Safety &amp; Compliance</b></li><li>Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.</li><li>Promote a strong safety culture on all job sites.</li><li>Maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.</li><li><b>Documentation &amp; Reporting</b></li><li>Track project progress, daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.</li><li>Prepare regular status updates for leadership and clients.</li><li>Support project billing and closeout documentation.</li>"
