Excellent customer service, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with local regulations are key components of this role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong>:</p><ul><li>Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure apartment units are turned over efficiently and within established timelines.</li><li>Follow and complete the make-ready and punch checklist to ensure all tasks are completed.</li><li>Identify and address issues requiring repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repairs (e.g., toilets, light switches, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, etc.).</li><li>Install and remove appliances, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and blinds.</li><li>Perform touch-up painting duties for both exterior and interior surfaces as required.</li><li>Respond promptly to tenant requests, delivering excellent customer service.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws, including Fair Housing regulations.</li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations</li></ul><p><br></p>",
