Description Job summary: The Specialist, OPS Client Service Representative plays a crucial role in the Client Operations & Reporting function, specifically within the Client Operations & Reporting job family. The role involves managing complex client inquiries, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: · Provide comprehensive client service by managing complex client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolutions aligned with client expectations. · Coordinate and oversee operational processes related to client transactions and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. · Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes, demonstrating expertise in client operations. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions and processes. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. · 0–3 years of experience in client service, operations, or a related function. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client issues effectively. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance client service delivery.
