We provide high-end landscape design and construction services to residential, municipal and commercial clients as well as grounds maintenance services in the spring/summer/fall. In the winter we do snow removal work.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re looking for someone who is creative, self-motivated, organized and excellent attention to detail to join our local business that is growing quickly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and supervise landscape maintenance crews of 3 – 4 people;<br></li>\n<li>Organize and direct landscape maintenance tasks;</li>\n<li>Organize and direct snow removal tasks (Winter season);</li>\n<li>Determine worker competency;</li>\n<li>Manage and maintain schedules;<br></li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness on the jobsite / housekeeping;</li>\n<li>Operate landscape maintenance equipment;</li>\n<li>Assist with landscaping tasks as needed;</li>\n<li>Maintain detailed / concise written and documentation;</li>\n<li>Verify completeness of site documentation submitted by crew members;</li>\n<li>Conduct site inspections;</li>\n<li>Other supervisory tasks as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of landscape maintenance experience in supervisory capacity;<br></li>\n<li>Able to operate skid steer and landscape maintenance equipment;</li>\n<li>Snow removal experience an asset</li>\n<li>Valid Class 5 (or Class 1 or Class 3) driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract is required;</li>\n<li>Ability to work long hours (10 – 12 hours per day);</li>\n<li>Must be able to work in varied weather conditions;</li>\n<li>Physically fit and capable of lifting +50lbs;</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic;</li>\n<li>Safety conscious;</li>\n<li>Must be able to legally work in Canada.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SAFETY CERTIFICATES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CSTS 2020;<br></li>\n<li>WHMIS 2015;</li>\n<li>Intermediate First Aid;</li>\n<li>Leadership for Safety Excellence</li>\n</ul>",
