    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We have an opportunity to impact your career and provide an adventure where you can push the limits of what's possible.</p>\n<p>As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within Asset &amp; Wealth Management, you are an integral part of an agile team within Cash and Check Management product that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.</p>\n<p>Job responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.</li>\n <li>Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies.</li>\n <li>Architects and implements scalable Java full-stack solutions on AWS serverless to support mission-critical Private Bank Client Onboarding platforms.</li>\n <li>Mentors and guides engineering teams in best practices for cloud-native development, microservices and micro frontend architecture, and SRE methodologies to accelerate delivery and enhance system reliability.</li>\n <li>Collaborates with product managers, business stakeholders, and compliance teams to translate complex wealth management requirements into robust technical solutions that meet regulatory standards.</li>\n <li>Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems</li>\n <li>Develops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.</li>\n <li>Establishes and enforces comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks to ensure code quality, system reliability, and seamless user experiences.</li>\n <li>Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.</li>\n <li>Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.</li>\n <li>Advanced in one or more programming language(s) and framework - java, Spring, Typescript, React/Angular, Python.</li>\n <li>Experience in Relational and NoSQL polyglot technologies.</li>\n <li>Practical experience in building cloud native applications using AWS serverless components.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.</li>\n <li>Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle including agile methodologies.</li>\n <li>Advanced understanding of CI/CD, Application Resiliency and SRE.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical architecture using microservices and event-based systems.</li>\n <li>Leverages AI-powered development tools and generative AI technologies to accelerate code generation, enhance productivity, improve code quality, and drive innovation in software delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>Associate level AWS Certification(s).</li>\n <li>Experience with cloud native development and deployment in AWS.</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems, with awareness of industry-wide technology trends and best practices in cloud/data.</li>\n <li>Passion for building and contributing to an innovative and inclusive team culture.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
