We have roles for SAs to work individually or as part of a team.</p><p><br></p><p>Do you have skills and experience in some of the following areas?</p><ul><li>Providing support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.</li><li>Supporting hardware installation, supporting servers, desktops, network infrastructure</li><li>Setting up storage such as network-attached storage or remote storage</li><li>Maintaining inventory of infrastructure hardware</li><li>Implementing security best practices and applying security patches</li><li>Providing IT break/fix support including Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution</li><li>Configuring and managing Linux operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance</li><li>Command scripting required</li></ul><p>If so we have an exciting job waiting for you!</p>",
