Providing spiritual leadership, developing staff, and caring for the congregation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a heart for nurturing and developing individuals within the church community.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Leadership:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Lead every aspect of the campus, steering it towards living out Bayside’s mission of Reach Wide, Teach Deep, and Unleashing Compassion.</li><li>Inspire and empower our leadership team to unleash their potential.</li><li>Ensure staffing, facilities, and programs are effectively aligned to meet the goals of pastoral care and discipleship occurring through small group and mid-week ministries.</li></ul><p><strong>Staff Development:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Recruit, mentor, train, and encourage staff and volunteers.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence among our church team.</li></ul><p><strong>Stewardship:</strong></p><ul><li>Celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and keep our team culture strong.</li><li>Lead by example in stewarding our resources wisely and generously.</li><li>Encourage and empower our congregation to live lives of generosity and purpose.</li><li>Oversee the management of finances, facilities, and other church resources.</li><li>Ensure transparency, accountability, and integrity in all stewardship efforts.</li></ul><p><strong>Congregation Care:</strong></p><ul><li>Be a rock for our church family, offering care, support, and guidance in times of need.</li><li>Provide pastoral counseling, prayer, and emotional support to individuals and families.</li></ul><p><strong>Communication:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Be one of the public faces for the campus by hosting services regularly and preaching occasionally.</li><li>Deliver messages that resonate with hearts and minds, rooted in scripture and love- make us laugh, cry, and think deeply.</li><li>Prepare and deliver engaging sermons for weekly services, special events, and other groups/gatherings.</li><li>Connect with people of all ages and backgrounds through your powerful preaching.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
