This position will be responsible for working with key stakeholders across a variety of subject matters to implement a repeatable, scalable process to support people through change. This individual will also be responsible for working across the organization to drive specific change management events and measuring adoption of these change events.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Education Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate &#43; Significant Practical Experience will be considered </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li>Work with key stakeholders to assess and document impact of a given change, including process, technical, behavioral/mindset. </li><li>Help define vision, benefit and key messages that will support the change objective.</li><li>Leverage existing and/or design customized strategies to support internal and external constituents through change as identified in impact assessments.</li><li>Partner with communications and training teams to ensure that the change management strategy is supported by those two critical components.</li><li>Track financial professional feedback and how it has / has not been actioned to demonstrate commitment to their voice and experience.</li><li>Coordinate early adopter / pilot groups to ensure our change management approach is supporting the appropriate perspectives and experiences.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance or financial services industry performing or working with multiple functions</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the wealth management industry</li><li>Minimum 2 years of project or change management experience</li><li>Strong organization, time management and productivity skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to bring fresh perspective to existing processes or materials.</li><li>Strong listening skills and ability to find resolutions or compromises to conflicting opinions and instructions.</li><li>Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead through change and/or periods of rapid growth.</li><li>High curiosity for learning more about subject matter, the firm, our industry.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>FINRA Series SIE, 6/7, 24 and/or 66 (65 &amp; 63)</li></ul><h1><a href=\"https://www.myworkday.com/advisorgroup/d/home.htmld\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Current Employees and Contractors Apply Here</span></a></h1>",
