The Maintenance Planner supports the maintenance department by managing parts inventory, planning and scheduling mobile equipment and plant maintenance activities&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Pay:</strong> $24.00-30.00 (based on experience)&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Shift/Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm<br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Benefits</strong></div><div><ul><li>Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term Disability</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programs</li><li>Student Loan Repayment Program</li><li>Employee Referral Program</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><div>The Maintenance Planner:</div><div><ul><li>Works closely with site management and lead mechanic to set priorities, develop and adjust as needed weekly, monthly and annual plans for scheduled mobile equipment and plant maintenance</li><li>Orders and receives parts using Oracle iProcurement</li><li>Opens and closes work orders in eAM</li><li>Creates and tracks assets in eAM</li><li>Reconciles plant and mobile equipment maintenance assets</li><li>Generates work packages, including work instructions, for all work orders on the weekly schedule</li><li>Assembles kits and stages parts for scheduled work orders</li><li>Ensures that emergency parts are expedited</li><li>Assists with the development of PM scheduling</li><li>Tracks completion of work and updates key stakeholders on status of maintenance schedule</li><li>Establishes and maintains a storeroom and sub-inventories in eAM</li><li>Sends rebuildable items out for repair and tracks progress</li><li>Operates telehandler of forklift to load or offload parts and components</li><li>Maintains physical cleanliness and organization of storeroom</li><li>Coordinates activities and schedules related to the use of service vendors</li><li>Receives data from outside vendors and internal experts, and adjusts the maintenance plan accordingly</li><li>Tracks data for maintenance reporting and budgeting</li><li>Runs and analyzes eAM reports</li><li>Develops and maintains ad hoc reporting as required</li><li>Assists with organizing and facilitating problem solving teams</li><li>Performs other projects as assigned by supervision</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Skills</strong></div><div>The ideal candidate will have:</div><div><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Equipment maintenance experience</li><li>Strong analytical skills with knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting</li><li>Knowledge of computerized maintenance system a plus</li><li>Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products</li><li>Ability to operate forklift or telehandler</li><li>Valid operator’s license with a good driving record</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>To Apply</strong></div><div>Please submit a resume.
