          "text": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>Product Manager, Legal</strong> to join the Legal Product &amp; Ops team at Versant. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions that support legal, compliance, and business operations.</p><p>You will partner closely with legal, business, and engineering teams to define product vision, streamline workflows, and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that align with regulatory and operational needs.</p><p>This role requires a strategic and execution-focused product leader with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex legal and business requirements into impactful product outcomes.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, user needs, and compliance considerations</li><li>Translate legal, regulatory, and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, business, and vendors) to deliver product enhancements and system integrations</li><li>Drive prioritization, backlog management, and release planning to maximize business impact</li><li>Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key success metrics</li><li>Identify and resolve system gaps, inefficiencies, and production issues</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery of third-party solutions</li><li>Lead change management efforts, including system updates, testing, and user enablement</li><li>Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders</li><li>Continuously improve products based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving regulatory requirements</li></ul>",
