Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The <em>Care Coordinator/Life Skills Instructor w</em>ill utilize a strengths-based, recovery-focused approach in a professional manner to teach adults, living with serious mental illness, the skills they need in order to reach their individual recovery goals and to connect to their community. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience/Requirements </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a directly-related human service field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required</li>\n <li>Two (2) years directly related experience in past professional and/or nonprofessional roles required </li>\n <li>Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization.
