Team Oversight</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead the overall planning, purchasing, and logistics, ensuring high performance and proactive problem-solving.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage departmental P&amp;L, optimize cost centers, and improve supply chain KPIs while maintaining agility and service levels.</span></li>\n<li><span>Drive the adoption of automation tools and AI agents to streamline forecasting, PO generation, inventory tracking, and risk management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>End-to-End Supply Chain Execution</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Oversee the full supply chain process—from sourcing to delivery—including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Product label and packaging approvals across compliance, legal, and design teams</span></li>\n<li><span>Operational readiness for new SKUs, free gifts, and promotional bundles</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee and coordinate product/sample testing</span></li>\n<li><span>Launch coordination and lifecycle management for new and phased-out products</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>Demand &amp; Distribution Management</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Manage inventory across internal systems, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA—ensuring timely replenishment and healthy turnover.</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead allocation strategies during supply constraints to minimize revenue loss.</span></li>\n<li><span>Reduce obsolete or slow-moving stock through proactive tracking and cross-team alignment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Oversee 3PL operations to maintain shipping SLAs and customer delivery standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>Vendor Sourcing &amp; Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or IT)</span></li>\n<li><span>4-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or materials management.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong cross-functional coordination with proven ability to drive planning and execution across departments (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales, Compliance)</span></li>\n<li><span>Hands-on experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning required</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience supporting new product introductions and product lifecycle planning strongly preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency with MRP, APS, and ERP systems is required</span></li>\n<li><span>Advanced Excel skills required (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP);
