    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Mandel ECE at the Shaw JCC of Akron is seeking an energetic, creative, and dedicated <strong>Early Childhood Summer Activities Specialist</strong> to join our team for the summer season. This role is ideal for an early childhood education professional passionate about working with children aged 2-5 and eager to create meaningful experiences that promote growth and happiness.</p><p>The <strong>Summer Activities Specialist&nbsp;</strong>will design and implement weekly themed lesson plans that include crafts, games, hands-on activities, and interactive experiences tailored to various age groups.</p><p>This position is part-time and seasonal for the summer. Position will start at the end of May.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Associate of Science or higher in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Education, or related field (required)</li><li>Experience working with children ages 2-5 in a classroom or early learning setting</li><li>CPR/First Aid Certification preferred</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills</li><li>Ability to plan developmentally appropriate activities that support social/emotional, physical, and cognitive development</li></ul><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><em>&nbsp; &nbsp; All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status.</em></p></div></div></div>\n",
