This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer service while supporting dealership sales and service objectives.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;BDC Representatives respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer follow-ups with the goal of setting qualified appointments and delivering a positive customer experience consistent with company standards.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Respond promptly to inbound internet leads, emails, chat inquiries, and phone calls</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Make outbound calls to follow up on service reminders, and unsold prospects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Schedule and confirm service appointments in accordance with dealership procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain consistent follow-up with customers via phone, text, and email</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (appointments set, show rate, conversion rate, etc.)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide accurate information regarding vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth customer handoff</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused communication style at all times</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all company policies, including attendance, timekeeping, and compliance standards</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous automotive BDC, call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication skills (verbal and written)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational and follow-up skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul></div><p><br></p></div>\n",
