This is a fast-paced area requiring diversification in job responsibilities.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong><u>Essential Functions</u>   </strong></p>\n<p>- issue and accept return of banks for all departments in the casino</p>\n<p>- Exchange currency and coin for all departments</p>\n<p>- Cash-out cocktail and valet employee tips</p>\n<p>- Sell chips to gaming guests </p>\n<p>- Redeem chips to gaming guests </p>\n<p>- Redeem coupons to gaming guests </p>\n<p>- issue cage markers to gaming guests </p>\n<p>- Redeem cage/pit markers for Credit patrons </p>\n<p>- Process personal checks for gaming guests</p>\n<p>- Process cash advance checks for gaming guests </p>\n<p>- Process cash back vouchers for gaming guests</p>\n<p> - Process jackpot payouts for slot department </p>\n<p>- Process all taxable documents for jackpots</p>\n<p> - Process chips for table fills</p>\n<p> - Process chips for table credits</p>\n<p> - Adhere to Michigan Gaming Regulation requirements</p>\n<p>- Secure and document all recordable transactions made with Company assets </p>\n<p>- Balance all paperwork associated with department</p>\n<p>- Other job-duties as assigned </p>\n<p>- Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times</p>\n<p>- Exhibit excellent customer service skills</p>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>- Good communication skills </p>\n<p>- Understand and comply with state, federal, Company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures </p>\n<p>- Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English </p>\n<p>- Ability to use adding machine, jet sort, and computers efficiently </p>\n<p>- Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members</p>\n<p> - Ability to maintain confidentiality of patron information</p>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
