    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><em>PRIMANRY FUNCTION</em></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>The Parts Counterperson sells at retail, parts to all available customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.</p><p><strong><em>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/DUTIES:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Order, receive, and bill all parts.</li><li>Maintain proper storage of parts.</li><li>Stock shelves.</li><li>Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.</li><li>Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.</li><li>Pick-up and delivery of parts.</li><li>Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.</li><li>Maintain a superior level of customer service.</li><li>Other duties as directed by management.</li></ul><p><strong><em>MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul><li>Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player.</li><li>One to two years of prior automotive parts experience is preferred. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be computer literate.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&#39;s license.</li></ul><p><strong><em>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.</li></ul><p><strong><em>EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS:</em></strong></p><p>Compliance with all policies of the company including without limitation the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Electronic Information Policy, and Confidentiality Agreement.
