We are seeking an <strong>Experienced Automotive Technician </strong>to join our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment</li>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</li>\n <li>Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs</li>\n <li>Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.</li>\n <li>Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology</li>\n <li>Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of experience as an automotive technician required</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>\n <li>National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n <li>Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Technicians Choose Us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Consistent work equals consistent earnings.
