Depending on assigned engagement, the Senior Auditor will report to one or more members of the A&amp;A leadership team. This role manages and directs daily activities of more junior auditors assigned to assist the Supervising Auditor during an engagement. They apply risk and control concepts to scenarios they encounter and then identifies any potential issues. The Senior Auditor also communicates identified issues with the A&amp;A leadership team to ensure any potential concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></span><br>• Conducts assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end<br>• Identifies and communicates issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk<br>• Supervises junior auditors assigned to engagements, providing guidance and overall review of deliverables<br>• Ensures audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances and risk<br>• Develops audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives<br>• Obtains and reviews evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented<br>• Ensures adherence at all times to all applicable department and professional standards<br>• Communicates assigned tasks to engagement team in a manner that is clear and concise, ensuring high quality, accurate, and efficient results<br>• Organizes personal effort along with those of junior auditors to be risk-based, productive, and efficient at all times<br>• Ensures adequate focus on personal growth relevant to taking on more challenging assignments, in line with standard audit career progression – proactively seeks relevant education and/or training opportunities<br><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Qualifications and Skills:</span></span><br>• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting <br>• Minimum 3+ years of audit and public accounting experience<br>• Current CPA or plans to complete in near future<br>• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office programs<br>• Experience with accounting/audit software such as Caseware or similar<br>• High level of organization, focus, exceptional attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills<br>• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills<br>• Willingness to take supervision and guidance<br>• Team management skills – the ability to coach, motivate, and direct a team of people<br>• Team player with a positive “can-do” attitude<br>• Creative problem-solving ability<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br>• Experience in the delivery of quality client service</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Love About Us</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Make an Impact</span>.
