This is a frequent outdoor position, must be willing to work in the elements. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>**This is a seasonal position with employment lasting up to 180 days, beginning as early as April**</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This position is for the location of 7505 L St Ralston, NE 68127.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The schedules available are:</strong></p>\n<p>Monday: 8AM-5PMTuesday: OFFWednesday 8AM-5PM</p>\n<p>Thursday: Friday: 8AM-5PMSaturday: OFF</p>\n<p>Sunday: OFF</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>OR</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Monday: 8AM-5PMTuesday: OFFWednesday OFF</p>\n<p>Thursday: 8AM-5PMFriday: 8AM-5PMSaturday: OFF</p>\n<p>Sunday: OFF</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Lot Attendant is responsible for the care and maintenance of the cars and the lot.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspect and document the condition of incoming vehicles.</li>\n <li>Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle</li>\n <li>Working with Vendors</li>\n <li>Remove fuel from cars using de-fueling station</li>\n <li>Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by operating washing equipment</li>\n <li>Work independantly or as a part of a team</li>\n <li>At times, drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road.\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past 3 years</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions</li>\n <li>Seasonal employees may work for up to 180 days during a defined season (FT or PT hours). They must experience a 6 month break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee.</li>\n</ul>",
