    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Description</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Digitain is looking for Data Protection Officer (DPO) to join its Legal Directorate.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that Digitain’s data processing activities and privacy practices comply with the highest legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will support the company in maintaining robust data protection measures across all jurisdictions where Digitain operates.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor, review, and advise on Digitain’s data protection policies, practices, and procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide guidance on compliance with data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and other applicable legislation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Advise management and internal teams on data privacy risks, mitigation strategies, and recommended actions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure proper handling of data subject requests, including access, correction, and deletion requests</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform legal research and analysis on international, regional, and local data protection laws</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate lawful cross-border data transfers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain records, documentation, and reporting in line with internal policies and legal requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned to meet business objectives</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">LL.B. or LL.M. degree in Law, or relevant legal qualification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 6-9 years of experience in data protection, privacy law, or related legal/compliance roles</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of GDPR, local data protection laws, and international privacy frameworks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience in data protection risk assessments, audits, and privacy compliance programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Completion of recognized data privacy certifications or courses, such as:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E or CIPP/A)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Other relevant GDPR or data privacy training programs</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise and collaborate across teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of operating under pressure</span></li>\n</ul>",
