We pay for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">all time worked</span>—this includes client sessions as well as charting time, administrative time, and supervision. font-size: 10pt\">We're looking for a Licensed Therapist/ASW/AMFT/LCSW/MFT/APCC/LPCC who is interested in providing Neurofeedback Therapy at our Fortuna location.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provides ongoing individual counseling to assigned clients in a clinically appropriate manner that meets the needs of the individual client</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Works to develop rapport and a good working relationships with clients and addresses behaviors that interfere with progress in treatment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Establishes and maintains professional boundaries while working with all clients and maintains confidentiality</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Continually assesses client for lack of progress, progress, or emergent needs and addresses those clinically as they arise</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Actively engages in problem solving issues that arise involving client care to an appropriate resolution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Produces high quality assessments, in a timely manner, including information from other sources</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develops clinically sound treatment plans based on the client needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Completes clinical reviews/transition plans accurately and timely reflecting the progress or lack of over the review period</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Updates treatment plans throughout the treatment process as clinically appropriate and according to established time frames</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrates effective organizational skills regarding flow of paperwork related to the client chart (signatures, authorizations, releases, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Establishes and communicates goals with the clients to assist them in moving through the levels of care</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Works with all members of the primary treatment team as well as department treatment team to ensure positive communication regarding coordination of client care</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Works with external providers to ensure positive communication regarding coordination of client care</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Presents information regarding clients in a concise, accurate, clinical manner identifying progress or lack thereof (team meeting, authorizations, mini staffing, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
