Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing objections and closing sales deals. Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process. Customer Support: Provide post-sales support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Key Functional Competencies (You possess the following) Sales Skills: Proven ability to effectively sell products or services, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings and the ability to communicate their features and benefits. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Sales Tools: Familiarity with sales and CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships. Market Understanding: Knowledge of the target market, industry, and customer segments. Individual Competencies (You are able to) Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs. Results-Oriented: A goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving or exceeding sales targets. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and sales strategies. Resilience: Capacity to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in the sales process. Experience / Education (You are/have) Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in a similar industry or product category, is advantageous.
