Please view our benefits guide&nbsp;<a href=\"https://cloud-shirazibenefits.aleragroup.com/city-of-greeley-benefits/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"https://communications.aleragroup.com/view/341154170/\">here</a>.</p><p><strong>Experience, Knowledge, Skills:</strong></p><p>Minimum Requirements</p><ul><li>Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification required: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, NESTA, NCCPT, NCSF.&nbsp;</li><li>Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.</li><li>One to two (1-2) years of customer service experience.</li><li>Two (2)+ years in personal training.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Preferred</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p><ul><li>Ability to provide individualized program design to meet client’s goals, needs, and exercise history.</li><li>Knowledge in the understanding and implementation of comprehensive fitness assessments including but not limited to biometric, movement screening, cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility testing.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to demonstrate proper safety and instruction of exercise technique and movement patterns.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to uniquely motivate and build rapport with clients to provide a safe and welcoming environment.</li><li>Basic knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, behavior change, and nutrition.</li><li>Interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate interaction, communication, and teamwork between others.</li><li>Oral, written, and listening communication skills, including the ability to accurately interpret what others are saying and convey messages, information, concepts, and details accurately and clearly.</li><li>Organizational skills, including the ability to set and meet goals and deadlines, manage&nbsp;appointments, create schedules, coordinate and facilitate meetings, and make decisions.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple concurrent and competing tasks and responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining personal effectiveness.</li><li>Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and stay on task when completing special projects and daily assignments.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and reliable professional judgment, as well as collaboratively with a team to achieve desired results.</li><li>Ability to maintain a strong work ethic, positive problem-solving attitude, and enthusiasm for the work performed.</li><li>Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices, including customer needs assessments, meeting quality service standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.</li><li>Knowledge of incident response and handling methodologies.</li><li>Customer service skills, including the ability to actively listen, address customer needs, defuse tense situations, and maintain an open, flexible, and friendly demeanor.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Creates and implements workout programs that match the needs and goals of clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides clients with exercise and nutritional recommendations to meet their desired fitness goals.</li><li>Keeps an accurate record of all client sessions.</li><li>Communicates client progress or difficulties with the Fitness Coordinator.</li><li>Appropriately files away client forms per Fitness &amp;
