Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Sales Analytics Strategy & Consulting Working with the Head of Agency Analytics & Enablement and Sr. Sales Analytics manager to develop the long-term and short-term vision and strategy for Sales Analytics at Mercury Drives strong data integrity and accuracy across all work efforts Develops analytics solutions and delivers business insights/recommendations for a wide variety of sales analytics topics such as, compensation management, sales planning, agency analytics, sales performance management, initiative post-monitoring, territory, digital analytics, and sales performance analytics Partners with Head of Agency Compensation to vet and scenario test new compensation models, including standard commissions, bonuses, and incentives; must have experience developing ROIs, forecasting, and other scenario testing models for P&C insurance Supports analytics efforts to drive a consolidated, targeted, forward-thinking approach to delivering insights to sales team members from sales reps to senior leadership, leveraging deep business knowledge, efficient means of identifying insights (leveraging tools like AI), and confidence in recommending strategies Oversee the development of complex models and A/B testingand partner with data science team on configurations of models, interpretation of results, and business recommendations leveraging advanced analytics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with P&C analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
