          "text": "<p><strong><u>ABOUT THE ROLE</u></strong></p><p>The Business Process Manager at Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is responsible to lead a team to employ methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve and optimize business strategy and processes focusing on customer experience from an order entry perspective.&#xa0; In this position, you will focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability, and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>WHAT YOU’LL DO</u></strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and manage team members to set clear expectations and provide performance feedback to achieve success</li><li>Establish workshops/activities to ensure strategic timelines are met</li><li>Coordinate team efforts by site based on organizational deployment roadmap</li><li>Collaborate with functional leaders and their teams to achieve harmony in goals and objectives</li><li>Oversee creation of business requirements and delivery to development teams</li><li>Organize validation testing for all configuration and functional changes pertaining to order entry processes and systems</li><li>Manage the creation and training of standard operating procedures as they pertain to order entry functions for both internal and external customers</li><li>Work with other functional areas of the business on communication of process/system changes to ensure a smooth transition of deployments</li></ul>",
