You&rsquo;ll serve as a trusted partner to Sales, Division Leaders, and Manufacturing Sites&mdash;helping to align financial performance with business goals. This role will also act as a liaison between the corporate office and the geographically dispersed sales team, as well as the 18 manufacturing sites, particularly in relation to sales performance, material cost tracking, and commercial decisions.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Act as a strategic finance partner to Sales and Division Leaders, delivering insights that influence commercial decisions.</li>\r\n\t<li>Collaborate with IT to develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, system integration, and alignment with evolving business requirements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Develop and maintain robust reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce to track sales performance, material costs, and pipeline health.</li>\r\n\t<li>Lead efforts to automate and streamline reporting processes, working with IT to implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and data reliability.</li>\r\n\t<li>Collaborate across functions, including Sales, Operations, and Corporate Finance&mdash;to validate data and ensure alignment on key metrics.</li>\r\n\t<li>Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Key Skills and Attributes</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.</li>\r\n\t<li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in a finance or business analysis role, preferably in a matrixed or manufacturing environment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience working with IT teams to manage data systems and reporting tools, particularly Power BI.</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence across teams.</li>\r\n\t<li>Proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving continuous improvement.</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience with Power BI and Salesforce, or a demonstrated ability to learn new tools independently.</li>\r\n\t<li>Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
