Days 1–30: 100% Onsite
Days 31–60: 4 days Onsite / 1 day Work From Home

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and driven US Recruiter to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your US recruitment expertise through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of industries, including Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, and Healthcare.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on developing strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills — preparing you for future client-facing recruitment work.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the Recruitment Manager to understand recruitment processes, hiring requirements, and team goals.
Learn and apply sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage and maintain an organized candidate pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in onboarding processes.
Stay informed about market trends, recruitment best practices, and the evolving US talent landscape.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed to build strong US staffing capabilities and prepare for client assignments.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (experience in US recruitment is a plus!).
Background or familiarity with any of the following industries: Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, or Healthcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members.
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Positive attitude and a growth mindset, with a passion for developing your recruitment career.
