This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your US recruitment expertise through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of industries, including Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, and Healthcare.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on developing strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills — preparing you for future client-facing recruitment work.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with the Recruitment Manager to understand recruitment processes, hiring requirements, and team goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Learn and apply sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage and maintain an organized candidate pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in onboarding processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Stay informed about market trends, recruitment best practices, and the evolving US talent landscape.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed to build strong US staffing capabilities and prepare for client assignments.<br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (experience in US recruitment is a plus!).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Background or familiarity with any of the following industries: Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, or Healthcare.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Positive attitude and a growth mindset, with a passion for developing your recruitment career.</span></li>\n</ul>",
