The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.</p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate food service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, sanitary work environment</li><li>Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards</li><li>Manage inventory levels, ordering, and food cost control to optimize profitability</li><li>Operate and troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) systems and related technology</li><li>Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy</li><li>Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, updates, and operational procedures</li><li>Maintain detailed records of inventory, staff hours, and daily operations</li><li>Implement and enforce health and safety protocols across all food service areas</li><li>Collaborate with management to develop and improve operational procedures and efficiency</li><li>Train new staff members on food handling, customer service, and company policies</li><li>Monitor and control food waste and implement cost-saving initiatives</li></ul>",
